All ZRC® watches purchased from January 2023 onward are covered by a 3-year International Warranty (parts and labor), effective from the date of purchase indicated on your Warranty Card or registered online. Watches purchased before January 1, 2023, remain covered by a 2-year warranty.

You can extend your warranty from 3 to 5 years by uploading your proof of purchase for watches purchased on or after January 1, 2024.
The ZRC® International Warranty does not include adjustments and, in all cases, excludes:
- Normal wear and tear of leather and metal straps and buckles.
- Scratches to the DLC coating or oxidation of Bronze models.
- The natural effects of aging resulting from normal use of your watch (such as scratches, minor impacts, etc.).
- Damage caused by improper use (including severe impacts, crushing, forceful handling of the crown, pushers, or clasp, etc.) or by accidents.
- Any handling, disassembly, or repairs carried out by anyone other than an Authorized ZRC® Dealer or an Authorized ZRC® Service Center. Such interventions will void the warranty.
At the time of purchase, it is mandatory to activate your warranty online and complete all required fields.
If you purchase your watch directly from an Authorized ZRC® Dealer, you may also complete the printed warranty certificate included in the User Manual, stamped with the official Authorized ZRC® Dealer stamp. However, online warranty activation is still mandatory.
There is no need to include the printed warranty certificate when returning your watch for service, as all warranty information is securely stored online.
The ZRC® International Warranty is valid only within the official ZRC® network and upon presentation of either your duly completed, dated, and signed paper Warranty Card or your digital warranty confirmation (email).
